Hey,

Myself and a couple of friends are all experiencing a lot of system instability and blue screens after the notorious september update.

We are all getting ntoskrnl.exe blue screens with bug check strings like:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONMPAGED_AREA

My specs are:
Intel 5960X
Asus X99-e ws

64gb (8x8) Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 2400MHz

EVGA GTX 980 sc

Samsung 950 pro nvme m.2

Several Samsung 850 evo sata SSD's and some WD Black HDD's

Steps I have taken this far:
Done dskchk on all drives, returned no faults

Ran memtest for 10 rounds, returned no faults

Stresstest via furmark and AIDA, system was stable and returned no faults

OCCT tests, all returned no faults

It appears as if I have good boots and bad boots, on a good boot the system is running fine, no bsod, everything is how it should be, but on a bad boot the systm will bsod at a random time. Sometimes when just idling on the desktop, sometimes when closing a browser window, sometimes when gaming, sometimes when working with audio/video software.

I am running the latest version of all drivers (as far as I know), I have done a complete format of the system and reinstalled windows (before I figured it was the windows update I thought it might be some sort of kernel corruption or hardware fault).

Has anyone else experienced these ntoskrnl.exe bsods after the update?

Are we just doomed to wait for another update to hopefully fix these issues?
