BSOD Memory Management!

Hi, I have had an issue for the past couple of months where the system automatically crashes and gives out a BSOD for memory management. I have checked my rams, Installed new ones and tried reinstalling all the drivers that I possible could and the problem still persists. I have stress tested the drivers using verifier and I could not boot in unless it was in safe mode. I have uploaded the memory dump at the following location. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
