BSOD Kmode exception not handled windows 11

I am recently getting this BSOD error. The computer doesn't start normally. The computer can start in Safe mode but cannot start in Safe mode with networking. Sometime when the computer restarts I get "dpc watchdog violation" error but then the computer restarts by itself. When the computer restarts then it is stuck in "Kmode Exception Not Handled" error and I have to press the power button manually to close.I tried clean Windows 11 install using bootable USB.
