BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Help please.

I've been getting consistent BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Did some troubleshooting with memtest and ended up getting new ram, fresh windows install twice, updated all drivers. Even bsod after fresh install a couple hours later. Got a bsod viewer and it showed consistent along most.
