BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by ntoskrnl.exe (even in safe mode)

I am having reoccuring BSODs every time I turn on my notebook, sometimes it happens 6-7 times in a row. It even happened once in safe mode when I was trying to use DDU to uninstall the drivers for both my iGPU and the dedicated GPU.I sometimes also get BSODs while using the PC, all of them with the same error and driver causing the issue (ntoskrnl.exe).I looked at the .dmp files but couldn't understand anything else other than the driver causing the problem.I ran sfc /scannow and DISM online cleanup-image restorehealthscan, nothing found on either command.I ran MemTest86 4 pass test which comp
