BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after memory upgrade

Hi,I have a Lenovo laptop S145-15IWL 81MV00CEIV.The laptop had 8GB RAM (4GB + 4GB soldered to the board)I've replaced the RAM memory with a new one of 16GB (totally 20GB).Since then I'm experiencing BSOD with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALI've checked all drivers updates and also tested the memory with MemTest86, found no problems.I extracted the MEMORY.DMP filehttps://1drv.ms/u/s!ArGxL-i_QvkkgQQfFmUyXCcRPbNb?e=jELjVAAnd this is the SysInfo file:SysInfo.nfo compared the old and new memory, they have the same speed, timing, non-ECC.This is the old
