BSOD Errors, ntoskrnl.exe

I continue to have the same error, ntoskrnl.exe accompanied by irql not less or equal. It stays at bay and doesnt crash while im actively gaming or such, but when Im done or not doing much the crash ensues, it happens quickly and my system restarts very fast, unfortunately it is still annoying. I have tried defragging, cleaning, clearing space, memory check, repair, virus check, driver updates, windows updates, disc check, etc. The problem continues to persist, if anyone could help at all I'd be much appreciated.
