BSOD error

Hello everyone,I am experiencing BSOD crashes from time to time.This only happens when I'm turning on my PC, and after 1-3 minutes it boots, it crashes and restarts.I can "sense" the crash is going to happen for a few reasons:1. YT videos won't load2. My phone is not charging via USB3. I can't open a game4. Maybe there are more indicators, but I haven't detected them yetThe BSOD appears on the screen (but the display is kind of blurry of the BSOD), the PC restarts, and then everything is back to normal.I will now send you some info:Problem Event Name: BlueScreenCode: 9fParameter 1: 3Parameter
