BSOD Error once every few days.

Hi, I started having FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE BSOD from a month ago. I have not had any BSOD for the last 4 to 5 years and has only started very recently. I also have no installed any new hardware recently as well. I did some research and was told I could have a possibility of needing a new pair of rams.So I purchased a new set of rams. Did Memtest86 and result was a PASS and I am still getting the BSOD.
