bsod dump files not uploading in Minidump or MEMORY.DMP

i have been experiencing a lot of bsod (every 10-40 minutes of computer time daily), and when i was checking to see my dump files, there is no file named as Minidump and MEMORY.dmp at the system files, but my startup and recovery panel shows that the computer will upload a small memory dump 256 kb at %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP, but after every BSOD there is no dump file in any of the system files, even though i changed the dump files to be small memory dump, or kernel memory dump, it never showed any dump files i have a ASUS X415JP laptop
