BSOD due to watchdog.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Have a near new Legion Slim 7 (AMD CPU, Nvidia GPU). When i leave the computer idle, it will intermittently BSOD and restart by itself.Minidump: 070722-10015-01.dmp tried reinstalling AMD, Nvidia (with DDU), WIFI card drivers with no luck. Please let me know if you can pinpoint the problem here.
