BSOD due to bug check memory management 0x0000001a

Over the last week or two, I have started to get BSOD due to a bug check and memory management issues. I had initially thought the issue was caused by Corsair's program ICUE, due to it messing up and causing issues with my Corsair hardware. Even after a re-install of ICUE, stopping the use of ICUE due to no longer using Corsiar branded mouse and keyboard. The BSOD still continues to happen about every other start up and it always happens right after startup.Then I thought it was being caused by NVIDIA's instant replay feature or Steelseries GG moments, but even after turning both those feature
