BSOD "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" caused by "ntoskrnl.exe"

Getting this really weird BSOD error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE", and when I run a check using BlueScreenViewer it's caused by "ntoskrnl.exe", every single time. The blue screens are very frequent (every ~10 minutes after reboot) The RGB lights in my PC fans have stopped working (but the fans themselves still work) don't know if that's related to the issue. In device manager it also shows a driver "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" sfc /scannow gets stuck, attempting to update BIOS gets stuck, attemping to uninstall above mentioned driver gets stuck - they all invariab
