BSOD DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

Hello,I have been having some trouble with a new piece of hardware. I recently purchased the AverMedia Livestreaner Nexus and everytime I plug it in I get a BSOD. I tried contacting the technical support through their website but it doesn't work. I was wondering if someone could help me analyze the dump files and find out why this is happening and how I can fix it.
