BSOD DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION due to ntoskrnl.exe

My computer bluescreens quite often (at least once per week) and I've tried a variety of fixes with no success. Every time, my computer freezes for around 30s-1m before either loading a blue screen or just a small part of it. Then after recovering error data it gives the "windows didn't load correctly" screen and startup recovery doesn't work either. I suspect that my RAM might be the issue? But I'm not sure.
