BSOD critical service failed

I have recently got a BSOD. This happened on the day I installed a new PSU and Graphic card. I tried every merhods on Youtube and the internet but none of the methods worked. My BSOD error was „ Critical Service Failed“. The BSOD pops up after I boot up my pc and it‘s stuck like this forever. Please help me.p.s: I change from a GT610 to AMD rx570
