BSOD CRITIAL_PROCESS_DIED Drives failing

(Thanks for the help, and sorry for the long post) I've been having some hardware issues since November 2024: Sudden freezing and crashing while running UE5 or Helldivers 2, BSOD came in really fast and PC restarted immediately. I disabled autorestart to read the BSOD code. I get a CRITIAL_PROCESS_DIED, Windows is not writing a .DMP file and when checking Event Viewer I see an Error from volmgr "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.
