BSOD caused by tcpip.sys and fwpkclnt.sys

Hello

Recently I started getting frequent blue screens with the string BAD_POOL_HEADER. Its always one of the two files mentioned. So far I've tried multiple versions of network drivers, including the ones from gigabyte's site for my MB and those from realtek's site. I've also done a 5 hour memory test with memtest86 through Hiren and it didn't find any memory errors. I even updated the BIOS to the latest version but it didnt help. My MB is Gigabyte z97p-d3 and I am running windows 7 pro x64. I would gladly appreciate any help. Here are some dumps from BlueScreenView:
