BSOD caused by ntkrnlmp.exe

Hey guys,my PC often gives me a "kernel security check failure windows" BSOD and I don't know how to get rid of it.I tried reinstalling windows, used SFC, DISM and CHKDSK, tried uninstalling software wich I suspect caused the issue (Logitech G hub), updated chipset and GPU drivers, clean install GPU driver using DDU and the problem still persists.
