BSOD and Error code: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION in Chrome

I have been getting frequent errors in Chrome and a few BSOD. Ive read various reports online about hardware issues or potential drivers issues. I disabled every Chrome extension, tested other Chrome profiles. Issue does not seem to happen on same Chrome profile on another device or I have not encountered it. I reset all Chrome settings, cleared all browser, cache, app data going back as to all time. I reinstalled Chrome. Issue persisted.
