BSOD after Upgrade 24H2 what failed:ntoskrnl.exe

Please Help me, after doing the windows 11 24H2 update, my laptop immediately experienced BOSD repeatedly when starting windows and could not enter, the message "stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL; What Failed: ntoskrnl.exe" appeared. All methods have been done through Safe Mode, but in that mode everything is also blocked, such as not being able to connect to the internet, uninstalling software drivers and CMD commands cannot be done. this is really annoying and very detrimental to me for this 24H2 update.
