BSOD after installing Windows 11

Hello, I am trying to upgrade to Windows 11 from my Windows 10 PC, but, at the end of the installation, as my PC restarts and starts to boot a BSOD appears saying Page In A Non Page Area and restarts. After that it rolls back to Windows 10. Can anyone please help me with this. Thanks
