BSOD after every sleep and no hits on error code.

Normally I'm good at at finding the reason for a BSOD, but this code is giving me nothing in the google department. Its a Lenovo ThinkPad Laptop that I have the Windows 7 Pro running off its mSATA drive, every time i just close the screen down, or step away for 5min and the thing goes into sleep mode I get a BSOD with the error code

f0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8008450B10, 0xFFFFFA8008450DF0.0

If anyone could help me out with this one it would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
