bsod after bios update

hi ,since i updated the BIOS , programs frequently crash or pc bluescreens.i check the RAM via occt and memtest86 but ram is finei noticed the ssd health dropped (where is my windows installed) for some reason ssd isnt deteced as bootable option (after and before update)here are the minidump files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yfhCtapgwZGF8ceYF_GVGMB1UfA7sl3D/view?usp=sharing
