BSOD after activating windows.

I reinstalled windows because I kept getting BSOD's "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED". I think it ended up being a driver issue and after reinstall iI carefully installed all drivers and had no problems for about 2-3 weeks. Yesterday I bought a windows 10 home key from instantcdkey.com to activate windows and after several hours got the first BSOD with the same error.
