BSOD after a system update

I haven't update my windows system for nearly half a year and I was thinking about update once. But, this time, I got a BSOD, prompt picture as posted, I tried to reboot but failed, I've tried safety mode but still came the BSOD, neither did system reinstallation work. I tried to figure what was it for and maybe it was because of the hard drive? I'm not professional,but when I tried chkdsk /f found out my hard drive became RAW format.How should I do?
