Browser redirect on its' own to a malware site.

My computer has Windows 8.1 with Mozilla Firefox as internet browser and is protected by ESET NOD32 Antivirus 8.When connected to the internet (email, news, youtube, etc.), I receive ESET notifications that a website was blocked (http://survey-smiles.com IP Address: 199.59.243.200). My ESET Log started recording these blocks in the Log Files on 4/21/2022. Under Application it shows C:\Program Files (x86)\baidu\Baidu Browser\CloudOPTClient.exeThe only software on my computer that was updated on 4/21/2022 was Skype, so I'm asking if the Skype update caused this problem and how to fi
