Trying to scan from the control panel on the printer/scanner. Get error message: "scan unsuccessful".Brother tech support says that because I am able to scan using the Brother iPrint&Scan app installed on my computer, it means that my PC (presumably Windows Security) is blocking the PC from receiving the scanned image from the printer/scanner when using the control panel on the printer/scanner to try to scan the document.I have my wi-fi home network (including the printer/scanner) set as "Private," and I have tried turning off all of the three firewalls briefly to no avail (same result).I
