The question somewhat explains itself. I went into the startup menu when I was trying to optimize my computer's performance, and I noticed some of my icons were broken. Nothing else seems to be wrong with my PC, and the icons are not broken anywhere else. I tried deleting all the icon cache files that my computer would let me delete and that did not work. Then I tried "Fix problems using windows update" in the recovery section of the settings app. This also did not work.
