Brightness adjustment not working

Suddently, my ROG Strix G17 G713IE brightness option didn't work. It came with another huge lag problem when I tried to play a game. I have already tried to install and uninstall the drivers. I even reinstalled my Windows and deleted all the programs and drivers, but it still has the same problem.
