Brand new windows 11 computer: The System Administrator Has Set Policies to Prevent This Installation

I am trying to install ciscoAnnyconnect on my own (private) new laptop that I just bought.I've got the execution file in .msi format, from my school's IT department tutorial on installation. But, when I try to run it, I get the "The System Administrator Has Set Policies to Prevent This Installation" error.I've run it as Administrator, disabled Norton anti-virus, and ran it as Administrator, the Local Security Policy for software restrictions is empty.I am running Windows 11 Pro.Any help would be highly appreciated.Moderator note < added words , made few words are bold for visibility and cl
