Brand New Laptop Just Doesn't Want to Work?

I got a brand new laptop (WIN-N1MK807EN4S) for Christmas, specifically to play some games, and to do homework/writing on. Unfortunately, I have run into SO many issues! And it has been happening since I first got it! I barely use my laptop, mostly just for referencing videos while playing a mobile game (such as building instructions for a house on my minecraft pocket edition, or listening to a YouTube video while doing something else on my phone), but I have consistent issues with it.
