Brand New HP Omen Transcend 14 crashing and blue screening

Hi there,Wondering if someone can help me, Having 2 specific issuesI got this new gaming laptop HP Omen Transcend 14, 16gb RAM, NVIDIA RTX 4060, and it works well but it's far too new to be crashing this often, I've attached some minidump files to see if anyone can decipher what is going on and why I keep crashing,My other issue is that the Windows Hello biometric scanner keeps failing and preventing me from using any of my passwords, in event viewer i see this message, "The Windows Biometric Service service terminated unexpectedly.
