Brand new ACER Swift Go 16 laptop can not handle 14" tripple screen extender?

I have a brand new Acer Swift Go 16 with Windows 11 Home and here are the specs: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) ultra 9 185H 2.30 GHzRAM: 32 GBStorage: 1TB SSDGraphics: 128mb...When I attach my triple screen extender ( https://a.co/d/ihTTSs0 ) via USB-C it makes my cursor jump, and any media that is playing skips along with the Audio. All drivers and software are up to date.Is the issue the lack of dedicated graphics memory? If so, is there a way to pump that number up? And if that is not the issue, what can I do to help? Am I just out of luck and this $900 laptop cannot handle the screens?
