Bought Win11 Home from my company and getting an error when typing in the Product Key

Hello, I open Settings and click on Change Product Key. I manually enter the key and get this error:attached:I just bought this a few mins ago and this is my second time trying it. Can't find a way for live support so I am creating a post here. Please help!
