Bought the wrong version of windows...

I bought the wrong version of windows and need to buy the right version to install (or get a passkey), and I am willing to pay the difference in price for the the correct OS. If anything, I also need to know if I can transfer the license to this new PC? I have called Microsoft's store customer service 50+ times and I get an automated answer that online help will answer my questions, and I am writing this message because I am getting the run around and getting no answers.
