I bought Java at the start of the year but then a few days after the summer deal it says I don't have it; I now only have bedrock and when I try to redeem the deal it says the back of a receipt has a code? I don't have a code to redeem, and the game wants me to buy another card, I'm not doing that, I have tried everything, and nothing works, when I try to start up java it says, "Enter a username for Minecraft: Java Edition" and then when I put my normal username it says, "Failed to create profile" then when I try to play bedrock it works.
