Bottom of maximized windows is being displayed behind the taskbar repeatedly since Windows 11

Hello all,since I upgraded my Laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 I frequently run into a problem with the displayed size of my programs. If a window is mazimized (not in full screen) the bottem is displayed behind the taskbar. Details like Word count in MS Word or the messege area in Whatsapp are not reachable.I keep fixing the problem temporarily by opening the taskbar options and selecting and then immidiately deselecting the option to automaticly hide the tastbar. As soon as the taskbar is again being fixed to the bottom of my screen, my windows get resized to display the bottom just over
