Bottom of 2nd monitor is blurry, but screenshots I take are sharp

My dual monitors used to work fine but at some point the bottom 1/4 of my second monitor turned blurry. When I take a screenshot of it, though, the image is sharp.My PC uses Windows 11 Home 64-bit. Graphics card is a GeForce RTX 3050. Both monitors are Dell P2417H. The blurry second monitor is HDMI.
