Both ethernet and wifi don't work after waking from sleep (Windows 11)

Hi, it was okay before but it suddenly - a couple of months ago - started not working for internet once it goes into sleep. I have to restart my PC then it works okay. My PC has both ethernet and wifi, I usually use ethernet with wifi off. When this issue happens even I enable wifi, it cannot get a connection.What can I do?
