Both Bluetooth device not connect

I bought a Bluetooth dongle. During the first week, both devices connected without any issues. However, now, when I open the settings in Windows and tap the Bluetooth name on my phone, Windows shows the connection, but the phone does not connect. Once I exit the settings, both devices are no longer connected. The Intel Bluetooth driver is installed.
