Bootloop/Restart Loop on my Windows 11 (Can access only Bios)

Its been 1 month since this problem occured. But these few days my laptop gone worse. The first 2 weeks it took maybe 5-10 minutes to boot, but now it took maybe 1-2 hours of waiting. The main problem is that i couldn't access startup repair at all (i tried force shutdown 2x/3x or f12). It's the same case for the Bootable USB, i couldn't access the menu to repair or reinstall, because everytime the bootable usb actually work, it won't stay up and go back to the boot looping cycle again. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance
