I updated my HP Probook 440 G6 laptop to Windows 11 recently through Windows Update. However, after update, I wanted reset Windows complete for a fresh start. It did the downloading and was stuck at 21% installing for a while and now it's giving this error and is stuck in a form of a bootloop. I know that I can fix this by reinstalling Windows using a bootable USB, but I don't have a USB available on hand rn. So,1.) What might have caused this in the first place?2.) How can I fix this error? (Possibly without reinstalling Windows using a USB)3.) If the latter don't work and I have to reinstall
