My HDD is now stuck on this continuous black loop for hours and I'm sure on what to do next.There is just a loading loop and no windows logo:

PART 1:For context, I had recently installed a new m.4 SSD with another separate windows 10 OS onto it. I did encounter some boot issues within the past few days as trying to boot into HDD would lead to it going into repair mode whilst running diagnostics.A few additional info is that I have been moving and deleting some files from my HDD to the SDD, for some reason, some of my HDD deleted files
