Boot problem

So for 3 days right now my PC doesn't boot what I mean by thatThere was an energy shut down so my PC doesn't boot now what I've tried by far : changing booting settings trying to boot it with a USB stick trying to reset it (doesn't let me reset it just puts an error) tried to boot up windows 7 and 10 formated the stick to fat32 exFat ntfs everything still nothing I've become desperate with this situation and idk what else to do
