Hi Authority,

I have been caught up with a bootloop issue since 21st Aug 2020 and haven't been able to solve it yet.

I've reached out to the customer support, which was of no help as none of them could help me out rather than just saying "no worries we are there to help you".

I had an update pending and as ever I started the update process at 20th once completed the pc turned off.

On 21st I turned my pc on, but it was different this time. Normally my pc boots up in less than a minute. But I thought due to the update there might be a delay.

After waiting for almost 2 hours I contacted the customer support at which I received merely any help.

On 24th I received a call from the customer executive and I informed him that I have the ISO ready with me provide me the further steps after which the call was disconnected, I again called back and to my surprise got in touch with an executive who was really of no help. On a call spanning for an hour I was on hold for more than 40 mins.

Finally I informed the executive that I'll try and take care of it as she insisted me to give her the control of the other laptop on which I made the bootable pendrive.

Finally I went ahead sacrificing the data with a fresh installation. After the installation was completed, the laptop company logo was stuck again with the loading animation.

After some 2 hours I received a popup stating, the computer restarted unexpectedly and the windows installation could not proceed.

Just to check if there is not hardware issues I installed Ubuntu on my PC which is working like a charm.

It'd be great to receive some help from this community.
