Boot Failure after system freeze (repair attempts unsuccessful)

Computer froze last night while attempting to close a game, I force shut down with the power button. This morning it isn't booting, it just freezes on the spinning wheel. I've tried booting from multiple ISO's but it either skips the USB boot or freezes. The onboard boot manager never makes it to a repair stage, I've *successfully* gotten to a BSOD but not sure how or why.I've also tried pulling RAM sticks to but no changes. This doesn't scream HD issues because it won't even boot from a Flash ISO. I'm not sure what the CPU would act like if it were damaged, and it doesn't seem like the GPU wo
