BO6 keeps crashing

I have had bo6 for a while, and it keeps crashing for some reason. I would get into the main menu and nothing would happen fps is fine no problems. then I enter multiplayer and it slows and then I crash giving me the dx error. I have tried everything and nothing works. It has been about 2 weeks. I have tried installing drivers and have tried scanning for corrupt files. I have even factory reset my pc and it still crashes the same way I need help please this is the only game that does this no other game crashes like this I also have better than the recommended specs.
