Blurry Login Screen, No Password Box

I have a Lenovo updated to Windows 11. Last night, I shut down my computer as usual. This morning, I was able to turn the PC on using the side button. The start screen came alive, I clicked SPACE, and entered in my password. From there, I was able to start up my PC and get to work. However, due to an issue with my wifi, I decided to restart my computer. Upon restart, the start screen with the time and date came alive, I clicked SPACE, and the screen blurred but no password box. I am unable to do anything except change the keyboard language settings, adjust my wifi, turn on accessibility setti
