Bluetooth that used to work on my computer no longer works

I used to be able to use bluetooth on my asus device without any problems. Later, I realized that there was no Bluetooth on the device and there was no on/off button in the devices section. When I pressed add device, it gave me a warning that it could not be added, but my devices that I had added before were at the bottom. I ran the bluetooth troubleshooter on the device and it said there is no bluetooth on your device. I used to see bluetooth in the device manager, but now it appears when I click on view hidden devices and the Ralink bluetooth PCIe adapter under Bluetooth Device seems to be p
